Customer Service

Please consult the warranty located in the instruction manual included with your product. If you product needs servicing, please contact the Customer Service Center nearest you. 


If you choose the latter, please allow 4 weeks for repair and return. Note the following conditions:

  1. Securely package and return the product PREPAID to:

  2. Be sure to enclose your name, complete return mailing address, phone number and/or e-mail address where you may be reached, date of purchase, receipt and a detailed description of the defect.

  3. To ensure prompt “in-warranty” service, be sure to include a proof of purchase. We recommend you take the necessary precaution of insuring the parcel.

  4. For repairs not covered by the Warranty, you will be advised of the cost of repair in advance, and upon receipt of your cheque or money order, the repairs will be completed and the product returned to you.
